Robert "Bob" Roderick Sr, 78, of Plymouth, MA died unexpectedly on December 17th after a short battle with an illness.

Born on December 26, 1945 to Joseph Roderick and Jessie (Bratti) Roderick. Bob was a devoted husband to Norma (Ghidoni) Roderick, loving father to Dena Barker and her husband David, Robert Roderick Jr, Laurie Brown and her husband James. Adored Papa of Amy Rosen, Kursten Pierce, Alisha Diaz, Robert Roderick III, Sarah Barker, Ashley Cappola, David Barker III, Abigail Cappola, Allison Cappola, Zachary Barker and Brett Roderick. Cherished by his great grandchildren Makenzie, Caiden, Victoria, Lexsia, Livia, Gavin, Zachary Jr, David, James and Nathan. Brother to Joseph Roderick, Richard Roderick, Mary Armstrong and Bella Bent.

Bob was known for his quick wit, sarcasm, off color jokes, living on his terms and his unwavering love for his family.

After he retired from the Town of Plymouth Public Schools he spent time playing bocce at The Seaside Club. He was happiest spending time with his family and sitting in his "spot" with a remote in his hand.

Bob will be greatly missed by all those he leaves behind.
