IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Roger Craig
Zoebisch
March 8, 1960 – April 29, 2024
With a deep sense of loss, the family of Roger Zoebisch of Plymouth, MA, announce his unexpected passing on Monday, April 29, 2024 at the age of 64. Roger passed peacefully in his sleep of natural causes.
He was the much loved son of Roger and the late Joan (Waters) Zoebisch, the brother of Robert Zoebisch, husband of Lisa (Cowen) Zoebisch, father of Allison Atkins, Craig Zoebisch, Alexandra Zoebisch, Ben Zoebisch, and grandfather of Abigail, Amelia, and Archer Atkins. He will leave an unfillable void in their hearts and lives for years to come.
Roger's love of his family was expressed every day by his personal phone calls, where he would encourage and cajole his family to enjoy and move forward with everyday life. Roger strongly believed that humor was the best way to help family and friends figure out life. After a conversation with him, you would always feel a sense of direction, and a little lighter at the heart. His humor was legendary.
Roger was a Boston sports fan through and through. Every team, every season, he was cheering them on. He passed this love of sports onto his children by playing with and coaching them on various teams in Plymouth. He prepared his children for adulthood by teaching them the principles of fair play and competition. He lived his life in the same way.
Roger and his family made their home on Great Herring Pond, and enjoyed the splendor of nature and the change of seasons. This love of nature and the pond was passed on to his children and everyone he met. Any day at the pond meant laughter, grilling and a sense of home. This is what he lived for.
Roger was everything real estate in the greater Plymouth area ,whether buying, selling, financing or developing, his counsel was sought by many. Many families achieved the American dream through his help and advice.
May God comfort the families hearts.
Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 7th, from 2-3 pm. Burial will be private.
