IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Rosemary Helen
True
April 2, 1934 – November 19, 2021
Rosemary H Burnie True was born April 2, 1934 in Randolph, Massachusetts. She passed away peacefully at Wingate of Silver Lake in Kingston, Massachusetts on November 19, 2021 at 1:45pm. Rosie was 87 years old.
Rosie grew up in Randolph with her parents Walter A and Anna (Ryan) Burnie and siblings Ginny, Betty, Ben, Ellie and Evelyn. In her younger years Rosie worked at Randolph Mfg. Corp. She enjoyed playing baseball and riding her Harley Davidson. She loved fishing and swimming at Halfway Pond where she spent weekends with her Mom, Dad and family. Rosie sang and played guitar and often accompanied her sister Ellie entertaining their family and friends with songs they learned from their Dad. She was often the centerpiece of family functions, sharing stories of her Glory Days and keeping everyone laughing in her own way. Anyone who knew Rosemary knew she had a special way with words.
In October of 1972, Rosie married Raymond True of Carver and built a house at Cattle Pond in Plymouth. She later studied hard and received a GED to complete her education. Ray and Rosie moved to Hampton Beach, NH where they lived until Ray passed. From there she resided in Pembroke then Harwich, MA. When age and ill health got to Rosie, she lived at The Pavillion in Hyannis and later moved to join her sister Ellie at Wingate in Kingston where she lived until her passing. She will join Ray at his resting place in Cedarvile
Rosie is survived by many nieces, nephews and their children and will be remembered lovingly by all.
Rest in Peace, Rosie. We love you
