Sharon L. Derochea, of Pembroke, MA born on April 20, 1963 passed away on December 30, 2025, after a brief illness.

Sharon was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Derochea; her sister, Catherine Tashjian; and her nephew, Shane Derochea. She is survived by her loving mother, Geraldine Derochea; her brother, Bob; her children, Danielle, Rachael, and Joe; her cherished grandchildren, Skyla and Devin; as well as many loved nieces and nephews.

Sharon enjoyed the simple things in life, her Dunkin' Donuts coffee, time spent at the beach, tanning in the sun, and working on her puzzles. She was known for being strong-willed, outspoken, and unapologetically opinionated, but always genuine and unmistakably Sharon. Those who knew her best understood her heart and loved her for exactly who she was.

Above all, she cherished her family, friends, and the time she spent with them. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Calling hours will be held on Monday, January 5th from 4-6 pm. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of the Lake, 575 Monponsett Street, Halifax, at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 6th at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Pembroke Center Cemetery.
