Stevie‘s obituary. Stephen “Stevie”Holmes, Jr, 54 of Plymouth passed away at home on June 1, 2026, from heart and lung disease. He was born in Wareham, MA, on May 9, 1972, the son of the late Stephen Holmes and Diane (Cleary) Holmes.

Stevie graduated from Plymouth South High School, where he studied the electrical trade. After high school, he worked alongside his father as an electrician for many years.

Stevie had many hobbies throughout his life. He was a music lover, he enjoyed playing the guitar, hunting, corn hole, playing in the local pool league, and spending nights having a campfire fire with friends and family - not to mention, enjoying some cold ones along the way. Later in life, he enjoyed collecting coins his friend.

Above all, Stevie‘s friends and family meant everything to him, especially his cousin, Stephanie. Stevie leaves behind his sister, Denielle Holmes of Plymouth, who he loved dearly, and his dog, Brady. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and close neighborhood friends.

A graveside service will take place on June 19 at 11 AM at the South Pond Cemetery in Plymouth, followed by a celebration of life at the Plymouth VFW.
