Mairo, Susan (Smollett) age 69, passed away February 6, 2012 with her family by her side. She was born in Quincy to the late Russell and Lenora Smollett and was raised in Scituate. Susan graduated from Endicott College, with a degree in advertising. Susan was full of life and always had a smile on her face. She was a native "New Englander" who loved the beach. Susan was the loving mother of Todd Mairo of Plymouth and Kristen Mairo of West Palm Beach. She had two grandchildren, Kassanda Mairo and Ambar Idrovo, both of West Palm Beach. She also leaves behind her brother and sister-in-law, Peter and Jenifer Smollett of Scituate. Funeral arrangements will be made by the Bartlett-Santos Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. A celebration of Susan's life will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2012 from 4:00-7:00 PM at the funeral home. Friends and relatives are respectfully invited to attend. Burial will be private.
