Obituary

William A. Lytle IV of Pocasset and Brookfield, MA passed away Wednesday, July 3rd at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, Plymouth after a brief illness. He leaves his wife, Jeanne of 40 years, his daughters Megan Jusczyk of Plainville, Jennifer Tamkus, of Southbridge, and his son, Christopher Lytle of Brookfield. He also leaves his grandsons, Damien and Logan Sargent, and Kole Jusczyk, and granddaughter, Ireland Sargent. Bill was predeceased by his granddaughter, Malia Jusczyk in 2023. He also leaves his sisters, Patricia Berger of East Stroudsburg, PA, MaryJane Awiszio of North Brookfield, MA and Rebecca Glerum of Port Townsend, WA, and his brother Frederick Lytle of North Brookfield, MA along with several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by devoted fishing friends, Ray, Mark, and John, and neighbors from his home at the Cape.

Bill attended Burncoat High School in Worcester, MA and MiraCosta College in Oceanside, CA. Bill was employed by Flexcon Company, Inc. in Spencer, MA for his entire career.

Bill was a devoted fan of all Boston/New England sports, and could often be heard yelling at the TV when "his" team would be losing or a bad call made! He loved all kinds of fishing - especially ocean fishing.
