Obituary for Olivia Mary Ruemker (Nogueira)

Ruemker, Olivia, 94, of Kingston, passed away on October 9, 2015. She was born in Plymouth, the daughter of the late Joseph and Maria (Cabral) Nogueira.
Olivia worked at the Cordage Company for many years, where she eventually met the love of her life, her husband of 40 years, William. She was an exceptional seamstress, making her own clothes, crocheting, doing ceramics, she was a phenomenal cook and baker; NOBODY EVER LEFT HER HOUSE HUNGRY. Her love of family was the most important thing to her.
Olivia is survived by her three children, Dianne, William and Lawrence. She also leaves behind 6 grandchildren. She is survived by her brother, Louis. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her 10 siblings.
Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, October 14th from 8 – 9:30 am. Burial will follow at Bourne National Cemetery.
