Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Manuel Cabral can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Manuel James  Cabral
Cabral, Manuel, “The King,” 78, of Sandwich, formerly of North Plymouth, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 5th, 2016. He was the son of the late Manuel and Stella (Souza) Cabral.
Manny was an avid member of the Young America Club for most of his life, he loved Elvis Presley, he enjoyed working in his yard, he loved goofing off and he loved his dog, Shadow. Manny had a rubbish business for 30 years. After leaving the rubbish business, he worked as a security guard for Com Electric in Plymouth.
Manny is survived by his wife Carol. He also leaves behind his son, Steven (and Dawn) Cabral of Carver and his step daughter, Cherie Foster of Sandwich. He also leaves behind 5 grandchildren; Steven Jr., Michael and Melissa Cabral and Brandon and Jordan Foster. Additionally, he leaves behind his sister, Judi Foster as well as his niece, Justine. He also leaves behind numerous extended family members.
Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Calling hours will be on Friday, February 12th from 4 – 7 pm. Graveside services will be private.
