Obituary for Stephen J Miller

Miller, Stephen, 65, of Plymouth, passed away peacefully at home on May 14, 2016. He was born in Boston, the son of Carol (Houd) Fry.
Steve loved to work. He was a commercial roofer and did it as a profession for 32 years. He loved baseball. One of his favorite stories was that he had tried out for the Red Sox in his younger days and made the team, but had lied about his age and was too old to be accepted. He loved to fish and he loved his family.
Steve was the devoted and loving husband of Deborah (Hazlewood) Miller. He also leaves behind his cherished daughter, Shelbie. He also leaves his brother in law, Thomas Hazlewood, his brother and sister in law, David and Kelly Hazlewood, as well as their children, David, Jr., Kristen and Brendan. Additionally he leaves behind his sisters; Janet Keys, Elaine Miller, Ann Dalton, as well as his half brothers; Sam Fry, Bobby Fry and Scott Fry as well as his half sister, Debbie Fry and his step brother, Steve Fry.
Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Calling hours will be on Thursday, May 19th from 10-11 am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am. Interment will immediately follow at Vine Hills Cemetery.
