Obituary for Patricia Bryant (Glass)

Bryant, Patricia, 77, of Middleboro, passed away on Tuesday, September 13th, 2016 after a long illness. She was born in Brockton, MA, the daughter of the late Eugene and Irene (Bennett) Glass. She grew up in Duxbury, graduating from Duxbury High, class of 1957.
After high school, she joined the US Navy, where she was stationed in San Diego. Upon her return, she moved back to Duxbury, where she started her family. She married Royal Bryant, Sr. of Plymouth.
Pat loved playing Bingo, poker, she loved playing card games with her friends, going to Foxwoods but most of all she loved her family and spending time with them.
Pat was a very faithful parishioner of St. Mary’s parish.
Pat leaves behind her daughter Michelle Gajdos (Bryant) and her husband Ronald of Lakeville as well as a step daughter, Diana Sisson (Bryant) and her husband Robert of Plymouth. She also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also leaves behind her former husband, Royal Bryant. She is also survived by Melody Bryant, who has lovingly taken care of her for the past six months of her illness. In addition, she leaves behind her sister Janet Brown of Plymouth. She was preceded in death by her children; Sharon Shea and Royal (Sonny) Bryant, Jr., as well as her step children; Terri, William and Robert Bryant. She was also preceded in death by her siblings; Nancy McAloon, Barbara Ribeiro, Velma Wakefield and Eugene Glass, Jr. Pat will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends that loved and adored her.
Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Calling hours will be held on Friday, September 16th from 9-10 am at the funeral home. A funeral mass will be held at St. Mary’s, 313 Court Street, at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Mayflower Cemetery in Duxbury.
