Charles C  Carchedi
Carchedi, Charles C. (96) of Plymouth formerly of Norwood passed surrounded by family on Thursday August 17th, 2017. He was the devoted husband of the late Mary Carchedi to whom he was married for over 62 years. He was an avid chess player and excelled in the game of corn hole. A barber for over 50 years in Norwood he maintained his profession of cutting hair at the Plymouth senior center up until last week. He was a devoted father and enjoyed spending time with his children and grand children. He is survived by four children, Charles Carchedi and his wife Kathie, Dennis and his wife Suzanne, Steve and his wife Debbie, and Deb Young and her husband Ray as well as 7 grand children and 2 great grand children.

Charles was a WWII veteran having served in the Army Air Corps. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Cranberry Area Hospice, 36 Cordage Park Circle, Plymouth, MA 02360.

Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Visiting hours will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday, August 18, 2017. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am, on Saturday August 19, at St. Bonaventure Church 801 State Rd., Plymouth. Interment will follow in Highland Cemetery Norwood.
