The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Chetwynd Stamper can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Please know that Michael and I were so sad to hear of Chet's passing. He was a great guy, always laughing and joking. We always had fun when he and Vee were visiting Mom & Dad. I know Mom and he were always sneaking extra Manhattans when Dad and Vee weren't looking! It's hard to believe only Mom is left and her mind is completely gone. Life is too short and quite cruel sometimes as you know, but they were great friends for many years and that's what counts!
